Set in a rural setting 1 kilometre from Tauranga centre, Welcome Bay Hot Pools & Campground is a small family holiday park boasting peace and quiet away from the hustle of city life.

Welcome Bay Hot Pools & Campground is rural with a bush outlook and abundant birdlife consisting of 25 powered sites, a cabin which sleeps five and a bunkroom, which sleeps six.

The camp facilities include kitchen, laundry, BBQs and showers and toilets. Picnic and BBQ facilities available at the hot, thermal, mineral pools.

The campsite has two public pools, a large pool with a shallow area suitable for young children to swim in and adults to relax in, or a smaller hotter pool more suited to adult relaxation. There is also a picnic and BBQ area available for pool patrons.
